What is EZ Note Notification within the Email Notification Template Settings in Admin Centre

We are conducting a review of our notification templates and settings and I have not been able to find a single piece of information on what this notification is. Its called EZ Note Notification. It has Email Tokens not available in the SAP Help Portal Documentation, I have googled every element of this notification and have no clue what it's for, what triggers it or anything. Is there anyone who knows? Is there any documentation that goes into detail on all the notifications in Email Notification Template settings too - this is the body of the email:

This note was sent to your SuccessFactors account on [[EZNOTE_CREATE_DATE]].

About: [[EZNOTE_ABOUT_WHOM]]

Written By: [[EZNOTE_SENDER]]

Topic: [[EZNOTE_TOPIC]]

Message:

You can log in to [[LOGIN_URL]] anytime to see your entire list of Notes.

it also correspond to when you send a note via Take Action -> Add note on a user profile

If I'm not mistaken that belongs to the 'old' notes portlet (which pretty much no one uses as it's too standardised and the added value is debatable). If you want to cut yourself some slack, disable it and pretend it does not exist :).
