Hi,
Have a couple of scenarios for understanding in E-Recruiting EHP7 6.17, standalone model.
We have internal candiates (Active Employees) in our talent pool database in E-Recruiting system.
1) If a recruiter identifies a suitable internal candiate / an internal candidate applies for job posted in ESS for a job publication/job requisition, after the recruitment process like interviews, When the employee is found suitable for that position; how does the cycle end.
For external candidates, we would do the data transfer for new employees.
Is that process same for for internal candiates (who are already employees active in current HCM system). Should we have to rerun the Data transfer for New employees ?
What is the standard procedure for this scenario ?
2) We have candiates (Inctive Employees) in our talent pool database in E-Recruiting system. These employee has exited the company.
But they are again considered/applying for a job publication and selected for hiring; what would be the process in EREC system ?
Should we have run the Data Transfer for New employees (while their employee data is already in HCM system with employement status as inactive).
Await the standard process inputs on these two scenarios.

Request clarification before answering.
1) No, you should use PA40 for your internal candidates
2) in the integrated setup your should schedule program HRALXSYNC. That program will transform the internal candidates to external ones. You would use a PA40 also I guess. Check out note 1783912
