Hello SAP community!

I am looking at improving both our employee talent profile and succession module configuration. I would like to know what are the best practice configuration?

Talent Profile: What fields/portlet should be available, how do you enforce data fulfillment by employees, etc...

Succession: How do you manage your process/configuration to determine the successors readiness? Is there a rigorous process behind the values (ready now, 1-2 years, etc.). If so, how is it configured? How do you capture the rationale?
