What are the Add ons in Employee Central?

We are implementing Employee Central. We have the requirement to use contingent workforce in the system as well. But I came to know standard EC do not handle the requirement and an additional component "SAP Fieldglass" would be installed as an add-on. 

Where can I get the list of Add-ons for Employee Central? Are these third party software?

there is no add on for Fieldglass, we deliver standard integration between FG and SAP successfactrors, you need to activate contingent workforce in Employee central
