When we have a requisition that we open up to agency portal, if an applicant has applied for any other position, the agency cannot forward the applicant through the agency portal. It does not matter how long ago it was or if it was on a different requisition. Once the applicant is in the application system, any agency is blocked from submitting the applicant at a later date. How are other companies dealing with this?
Request clarification before answering.
1) should be able to configure 'inactive' applications to be deleted after 6/12 months
2) delete existing application (pointless. But will be a documented/transparent process)
3) inform agency send email directly. If hired, put applicant back on to system (point #2)
