Dears,
One of my colleagues has contacted SAP Support for their assistance in a particular topic, and they advised that in order to gather the information needed regarding “Workforce Analytics” module that is being implemented for our projects, we need to contact SAP Professional Services.
The points that we want to cover in our communication are as follows:
1. Is it possible to switch from HANA server implementation back to SQL server, knowing that we are already on HANA?
2. If the first point can be achieved, will there be any implementation cost for the KPIs on the SQL server? If yes, what are these costs?
Appreciate your cooperation and support.
Regards,
Nadine Al Sibai

Hello--I'm curious to know why you want to move back to SQL Server? While this is a question that SAP could probably better answer, I suspect that you would need to fully re-implement on SQL Server. You would need to pay for implementation services for this re-implementation, whether that is through SAP Professional Services or some other partner firm. The metrics/KPIs would be included for "free" with the implementation on SQL Server.
Hope that helps--let me know if you have any additional questions.
Mike
