HI @YSE-1 ,
While validating the configuration, we have found 1 user not showing up in any of the counts.
WFA is set to capture data only starting 01.01.2019
WFA is set to capture hire/rehire/transfer/promotion/demotion/termination.
This user has been hired in ec in 2018. On that same day he had other 4 events out of which one is a transfer and the other 3 are data changes.
I am not sure in this scenario if he should still be picked up by the hire event since we do not capture as per configuration mentioned above (2018 hire <2019 wfa data). Maybe it could be impacted by the transfer that happened the same day as the hire?
Other than this I do not see any reason why the user would not show up - he is active and never had a termination/rehire - only many data changes.
Kind regards,
Alex

Hi @abalasescu2 - as this related to the data, you will need to troubleshoot this yourself. WFA on HANA process all data, not limited to the start date set in Company Settings. This start date only affects from when metrics on WFA site display value.
My suggestion is just to check the hire logic, whether it has proper hire event on the first record or not. If no hire event on the first record, what is the field set with "Hire Date" special field because this is the date used to start bring this person in the headcount.
