Hello,
We are currently trying to set up the webassistent in succesfactors but I am facing some issues. I have read the admin guide, watched Jesse Bernals B video on the community page, and tried to seach for additional knowledge in the Learning Hub, but we are still facing some issues.
I managed to activate it and link it to the Work area we have in our manager. It is not an extended work area but just a standard one. No content is currently showing up in the learning center and I am also missing the pencil and globus in the Web assistant when I try to activate my try to use my own work area or SF standard content....
Can someone please advise on what I am doing wrong. We want to showcase the Web assistant as soon as possible in order to get buy in from the organisation but we cant seem to crack the code:) 2020-10-14-16-33-28.png
We are working in our test SF environment. Not sure if that makes any difference.
Thank you!

Ok looks like you are on the right track.
1. check to make sure there is no spaces after the last parameter
2. Make sure you are set up to edit content in that workarea check the permissions in workarea/tags
3. For Extended content there is a video to set this up as well. The URL you will need for SF content is https://education.hana.ondemand.com/education/wa/sfsf/~tag/published/
Hope this helps
Jesse

Hi Jesse. Brilliant video Jesse. Thanks!! I managed to connect my WA with SF (always look out for spaces).
Maybe you can help me with a question regarding licenses. For now, we are using very basic functionalities within EN and a filtered SSO allowing around 4000 employees access to our infocenter. What will it mean for our licenses if we decide to enable the Web assistant in SF where 40.000 employees have access. Will we need 40.000 enable now licenses or can we limit it, so the web assistant will only be visible to the 4000 employees in SF. We have 1200 stores and most of the employees have a internal profile in SF but only use SF if they want to apply for a job internally.
Thanks!
