The standard SAP Enable Now content offers a Quick Tour template which can be downloaded from the SAP Enable Now Info Centre SAP Enable Now Info Center
We have a test environment linked to the standard content so I can see the Quick Tour working from the homepage. It is a Link Tile in Web Assistant with the selection to open in Lightbox and the book (which is the template) opens in the lightbox window.
here is the Quick Tour and here it is when you launch it
You can see that the book is opening within the lightbox and the user can click on the headings to see the different pages in the book.
The settings for this in Web Assistant are:
I have recreated this Link Tile in our content (even using the template) however the quick tour opens in a new window NOT in the Lightbox window.
To demonstrate the issue, I have made the lightbox much larger than the content, but you can see that trainer is open with a specific size, then the quick tour is within the trainer but it is not sitting in the lightbox window, it is a new window which has opened.
I have tried a number of settings in the trainer, the book page defaults, etc. I have resized the windows but I can't get the book to launch in the lightbox pop up.
the standard content URL is
https://education.hana.ondemand.com/education/pub/qt/index.html?show=book!BO_682A7A1E140C49BF
our URL IS
https://#########.enable-now.cloud.sap/pub/c0a9d2736/index.html?show=book!BO_10D7A77C7ED286B0
I can't see the Resources setting which the standard content is using to compare to what we have configured, but I have tried a number of different settings to try to get this to work.
And changing these Book Reader or Trainer settings will affect all the content, some of which you want to maximise etc.
The issue is the content should not open in the trainer window, and it shouldn't be using it, but it is.
any idea..?
