Web Assistant Restrictions

Hi All,

Based on the following KBA 2305663 on the Web Assistant restrictions.

"SAP SuccessFactors Learning, JAM and Recruiting Posting are not supported yet, the question mark will not be shown for those modules."

Does anyone know when these modules will be supported?

Hi Ronald,

I don't see anything on the Enable Now roadmap or SF roadmap for the admin portions of the modules that you mentioned or JAM. However, from the end user interface, the carousel can be used but there's no content currently available so you have to make sure you turn on the noHelpMode=carousel parameter to create some content and then you can remove it so it doesn't impact other modules. I've attached some screenshots for Learning and Recruiting so you can see where I am talking about.

We'll see if we can get more details from the SF team on when this would be available but I's recommend (if you haven't already done so) submitting an enhancement request to the SF product team to help push this feature.
