We need to check which all simulations are being accessed through Web Assistant by End Users in SAP S4 HANA production environment.

How to enable tracking for the reports Context Help Visits and SAP Companion Usage reports if these reports are to be used to check the same?

Also do we get what topics Users search for in Web Assistant including the date and time stamp?

Specify the trackingUrlSEN parameter.

What they searched for? No.

Hi Dirk,

Thanks for your response. We set this parameter and the data is reflecting in Engaged Unique Users and Content Visits reports. The reports SAP Companion Usage and Content Help Visits still showing the message as No Tracking Data Available.

Please suggest if any other setting to be enabled.

Best Regards,

Gauravi

Hmm, check the trackingUrlSEN parameter - what Workarea is it pointing to? I've understood that to not necessarily be significant (and the official documentation just says "the published workarea", but if you use separate Workareas for Help and Training content, maybe that makes a difference? Try changing it and see what makes a difference.

Also, does the Delivery Channels report reflect the correct SAP Companion Usage? What about the Guided Tour reports?
