Web Assistant - No Guided Tour option available

I followed and configured section "3 Set Up of Web Assistant for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise" in the "SAP Enable Now Web Assistant Integration" guide as per document in link: "https://help.sap.com/doc/74bfd245cde048458458f6df5d5cb567/1911/en-US/Web_Assistant_Integration_Guide..."

On the Web Assistant, the context help is working, but I see no Guided Tour options.

Please assist on why no Guided Tour options available?

I get exactly the same in the 1809 and 1909 S/4HANA demo systems I've configured this. Screenshots attached.

Thanks for your response, the video seems to be for the cloud edition.

I managed however to resolve this now - I found more WEB Assistant parameters in the latest UI Technology guide which activated more features for example the Learning Centers. (https://help.sap.com/doc/61634ead9e5144b89e7eca2b1d4b8bce/1909/en-US/UITECH_OP1909_latest.pdf)
