Hi all,

I have removed roles from the Roles area of Producer and republished content yet the role is still appearing in the Web Assistant learning centre. The content that was used is the standard content in the extended work area, after removing the role in producer the role is still available as well as the content.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're sure Learning Center is picking up your updated version, and it's not falling back to the standard version? It's published and has the correct product / product version specified? Make an inconsequential change to its Name or Short Description and confirm it is.
