Is it possible to integrate Web assistant for business suite?

You can start Web Assistant using the Fiori Launchpad and then depending on what technology is used for the underlying functionality of the apps that are launched from the Launchpad, Web Assistant may or may not continue to operate. For instructions on turning on Web Assistant from the Fiori Launchpad, take a look at the Web Assistant Integration Guide located at https://help.sap.com/viewer/product/SAP_ENABLE_NOW/2005/en-US?task=integrate_task.

To determine if Web Assistant functions with your application technology, take a look at the Web Assistant section of Product Availability Matrix at https://help.sap.com/viewer/product/SAP_ENABLE_NOW/2005/en-US?task=discover_task. The SAP Note on the SAP S/4HANA On-Premise section will also be very useful.
