sf.pngview if web assistant looks so strange when I scroll down my mouse. The highlighted areas scroll down too. Is it possible to fix highlighted area?

The second difficulty is guided tour for goals card. I couldn’t use contextual help in additional window of goals’ card. And guided help moves on the screen when I update the page (problem with fixing) How can we resolve it ?

Hi Sofia,

now I also see your question here. Well, technically the icon is behind the banner, so it's still on the page. That's why the border is still visible. Please raise an incident if this is bothering you, it needs to be fixed in Web Assistant and support needs to have a look at it.

Thanks and take care,

Kristina

Hi Sofia,

can you provide more information (additional screenshots) what exactly your issue is (especially for the first scenario. On the screen is just a pop up window which is hard to read as it is in Cyrillic letters. But I assume this is the Goal Card.

Currently its not possible to use the Web Assistant functionality on Pop-Up screens within SuccessFactors. You are unable to define here a "hotspot"

Here I would suggest to send us an official incident and request to fix it.

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/create

Component: MOB-UIA-TUT

Alternatively you can create a Guided Tour Step without defining a "Hotspot" an give your users additional instructions what is coming next. Then the bubble should be located per default in the middle of the screen.

Please let us know if you need more help.

Best regards, Michael
