Web Assistant Fiori

Maybe someone here can help me.

As of today, the Web Assistant on Fiori opens only very delayed and the help tile I added yesterday (incl. Standardcontent) has disappeared. In the Producer, the help is still there, but no longer connected to the Web Assistant. The following error message appears with DevTools:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE -> and this URL /sap/dfa/help/webassistant/catalogue?%7B%22product%22%3A%22SAP_S4HANA_ON-PREMISE%22%2C%22version%22%3A%221809.002%22%2C%22system%22%3A%5Bnull%2C%22%22%5D%2C%22appUrl%22%3A%5B%22Shell-home%22%2C%22Shell-home!whatsnew%22%5D%2C%22locale%22%3A%5B%22de-DE%22%2C%22en-US%22%5D%7D

I have added the help to the standardcontent, this has always worked so far. Has anyone ever had a similar problem and knows how I can fix it?
