Hi Community,
My question is regarding sap enable now web assistant.
Is this feature comparable to other embedded performance support systems like Walkme...etc ? And does the implementation of web assistant requires any additional licenses within enable now...
Thanks a lot for the advice!

Yes it is comparable to WalkMe (and significantly better for Fiori-based systems). If you want to create your own help content you do need SAP Enable Now licenses - but it is covered by existing licenses you may have (it's an 'up-sell' product). If you just want to see (and not change) SAP's standard content, that is provided for free in many systems and you don't need additional licenses.
It's also now called SAP Companion 9not Web Assistant) so if you're looking for documentation/references, that's where you'll find it.

Dear lynnabb,
Walkme is very well supported and mostly your existing SAP Enable now license should be enough. Please feel free to let us know, in case you face any challenge in the implementation.
Thanks,
