We need to use one company code for multiple countries, this will not be used for compensation so currency is not relevant, it can be USD - is it possible to override 'country' field but keep the company code same which is registered in US?
Legal Entity and Country are very interwoven and should not be separated. The Legal Entity determines Job Country, which is used for Country-specific fields in all HRIS elements (Person + Employment) and Time Profiles.
Can you use a separate MDF object for the company code, such as Business Unit?
Example: You have legal entities BestRun USA and BestRun Canada, both share the Business Unit code "BestRun (100)".
