We have a requirement to display "Announcement /communication" to all the login users whenever a SuccessFactors Production instance is accessed through SSO. Something like "Banner" with an text display, as like option available in "New Home" page. Whereas we are still using the "Legacy home page" and for a reason the universal upgrade of new home page for my customer production environment will be delayed for few more months.

We don't have a new page for this, so you may have two options:

1. Create a custom card where you show this message; or

2. You can use the Data Privacy Statement to share the message, so you configured that every login it appears and users must accept.
