We are able to hire a candidate without Offer Approval when using ONB 2.0

Hello,

Currently we are working to implement ONB 2.0. In our system today, when we try to hire a candidate from RCM in Manage Pending Hires (Recruiting) we are unable to find and process the candidate if the offer approval form is not completed and fully approved.

When using Onboarding, we are able to initiate onboarding for our candidates as well as process them through Manage Pending Hires (Onboarding) without a created or approved offer approval.

We are not sure how to change the system so that the offer approval is a requirement for proxessing candidates through Onboarding 2.0.

The Recruiting step in which the Initiate Onboarding function is available is configurable. You can place it in a step that is only available after offer acceptance is complete. Help Guide: Initiating Onboarding

Hi Neeraj,

Thank you for this, however it has no information about processing a candidate through Onboarding. Our requirement is specific, how can we make the offer approval as a hard requirement before being able to initiate onboarding, or at minimum a requirement to be able to hire via Manage Pending Hires (Onboarding).
