Do SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll comply with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and CVAA?

SAP is committed to delivering software solutions that are accessible to individuals with disabilities. This includes addressing Section 508 standards and W3C WAI WCAG 2.1 (Level A and AA) guidelines, both of which are incorporated into the SAP accessibility standard, which is used for developing SAP products. While the solutions proposed implement a number of accessibility features, they are currently not fully optimized for accessibility. Supported accessibility features are provided by SAP solutions in combination with third-party assistive technologies, such as the screen reader JAWS. JAWS and most other assistive technologies may require SAP and or customer furnished client-side software. Detailed VPATs addressing Section 508 of the Workforce Rehabilitation Act requirements and WCAG 2.1 documents for many SAP applications are available for review upon request.
