I need help on the learning and event management module for WBT. I have an issue whereby, upon user click book for a WBT course it will send an email. This outlook email sent cannot be open and it cause hang on the skype. It booked the learner calendar to an infinite date. Does anyone know how to guide me through this issue.
Prior asking here, i've tried to investigate and upon checking, it is found out that the validity of the WBT booked is 31.12.9999. Is there a way to amend the end date? We have tried added the value of these at Completion Specifications infotype:
- Filling up the license period
- Filling up the Last Availability date
However, once learner click book, the calendar book for the course is still infinite end date.
