way to report a no show after 30 days have passed that is not doing it by template import?

Is there a way to report a no show after 30 days have passed that is not doing it by template import?

i heard the consultant Brandon Toombs saying that there was a backdoor for this but i do not know if he meant by import.

Hello information from SAP is the following:

• Go to Import Employee Data.
• Download the template of Termination Details.
• Fill all "No show" required fields (such as: end-date, event-reason, person-id-external, user-id, okToRehire)
• Import it back to "Termination Details".
