Want to integrate uperform with SAP CRM

Hi All,

I want integrate uperform with SAP CRM. my requirement is to publish the content to user while they are using CRM.

I have a document which have configuration to integrate Uperform with SAP Solution manager in which we need to create service type of AGS_PDP_INTEGRATION. but while checking on crm this service is not there in SOAMANAGER . Is there any other approach we can follow .

AGS_PDP_INTEGRATION is on solman.

Your guide is for integration between uPerform and solman.

For working with CRM, there is a document CSH_CRM_2007.pdf.

You may ask for further info by creating SAP Incident in SMP.

you will need to create an SAP incident on component xx-part-anc to get this.
