Walk in Process in SAP E Recruiting

Hi Experts,

In SAP ECC 6 E Recruiting if we publish a requisition to Campus channel then a URL is generated. Could some one explain this functionality.

Also in case of URL does applicant need to register himself & how is this different from normal application coming through career site.

Hi Punit,

If You Publish External job Posting, You simply can Connect that SERVICE(URL) with any of the External Channel . It will lead to the SAP Webpages.

Now  there are two possibilities :

1. You can Publish that link where it is necessary for Candidates to regiister themselves .

2. You can also Publish the other one where candidate can apply directly without registering, which we called UNREGISTERED EXTERNAL CANDIDATES SCENARIO .

Difference between two is that if you use unregistered scenario then Candidates will not be able to update their profile again, in case they need to.
