Wage type configuration

Dear Expert,

Please go through the following scenario and let me know the possibility of execution.

1. We have basic wage type 1000
2. We are creating two new wage type which will be particular percentage of basic wage type.(e.g.1001 and 1002).
3. We have employee sub groups
4. Now we 2 employee sub groups needs to consider percentage calculation of both the wage type but one employee sub group should consider 1001 wage type but not 1002 wage type.

Can we block 1002 wage type to be calculate only for one group though this group is using 1000 as basic wage type?

Is it possible through standard configuration or i have to do any enhancement for the same?

Please guide me on the same.
