WA/Sap Companion in Successfactors Learning Admin

Hi,

Anyone who knows if it is possible to use the WA in SF Learning Administration

I managed to activate the ? mark in BIZX (the main platform) so that it shows in Recruiting, but want to utilize the WA for our course administrators only in "Learning Administration". SF Learning is an aquisition SAP made years back, and the integration between SF and SF Learning Administration is not the best.

Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately, I don't believe that SAP Companion (Web Assistant) works in the SF Admin screens, it does in the end user screens, but not the Admin screens. The integration of SAP Companion into the SF Admin screens is a task for the SF product development team so perhaps reach out to the SF contact at your organisation for clarification about whether the integration is planned.

Dear Shane, are there any news on this topic? I'm asking as this post is already 2 years old and I heard some rumors that the actual SF LMS release introduce "compatibility" with Companion. Unfortunately I can't find anything documented for this topic by SAP. Thanks a lot and best regards, Peter

The SF to SF Learning admin integration is pretty poor, so I doubt that it is a quick fix, but I will reach out.

For what it's worth, I've been asking for better (any?) support for Web Assistant in SuccessFactors Learning for about 4 years now. Doesn't seem to be a priority (for the SF team?) which is a shame as SF Learning is a huge opportunity to get SEN in front of many more people.
