manager-error-301jpg.pngsave-fail-image.pngOne of our help key carousel in Fiori will not allow edits, new items or deletions to be saved. I tried to eliminate the help key all together and got a different error. This is a previous item we had a ticket opened for that was never resolved. I need to use the help key to build new assets and need it resolved as soon as possible. See screens provided. If we need to do a screen share session please let me know.

Hi Gilorma,

I agree with Dirk's last comment. Please raise an incident and also note the incident number of your previous support incident. This issue looks like something technical, maybe on Fiori side, that support needs to have a look at.

If you need help with that please contact your CEE.

Take care,

Kristina

I'd suggest opening an incident with SAP and letting the big guns take a look.

It may be an extreme step, but you could maybe disconnect the 'Standard Workarea' that yours is based on, clear out any Help Topics / Projects for the application page that is giving you trouble (delete / delete permanently from trash!) and then reconnect the Standard Workarea. You shouldn't lose any custom content, but you may want to take a .dkp backup. I don't now if it will help, but it's maybe another step you can take (and maybe trying to create/edit while disconnected from the Standard Workarea may help you hone in on the error).

If that (or anything else) doesn't work then it may be a database issue on the back-end, where it somehow has conflicting table keys or something - open an Incident with SAP and see what they can find/do.

WE are not connected to the Standard Workarea and when i try to delete it i get the manager-error-301jpg.png other 301 error message i attached. Can this be escalated through the community to have some one call me - Jesse or anyone else that may be able to help?

It won't let you revert to the original (sap-provided) content? Display in Manager, finish editing there, go back to Fiori, refresh the screen, go back into editing and then revert to original, save / exit the editor, refresh, make sure it looks like the default content, then try editing again,
