Selective Behavior Rating in 360 Feedback Form

The current configuration of the 360 Feedback Form in SuccessFactors requires all behaviors associated with a competency to be included in the rating process. This lack of flexibility can lead to irrelevant or excessive feedback, which may dilute the focus on critical behaviors that are most pertinent to an employee's development. If job codes or job profiles are not in use, there is no possibility to select the behaviours which should be available in a 360.
Multi-Competency Behavior Assignment in Talent Intelligence Hub

Currently, the Talent Intelligence Hub in SuccessFactors restricts behaviors to a one-to-one association with competencies. This limitation hinders the ability to accurately reflect the multifaceted nature of competencies that often share common behaviors. As a result, organizations struggle to create a comprehensive and realistic competency framework that aligns with their strategic goals and employee development plans.
