Please note after an onboarding user accesses the Work Zone onboarding guided experience page, initiates & completes any of the onboarding process (such as personal data collection step, additional data collection step, I-9 step),
the system is not redirecting onboarding user to work zone page instead they are directed to ONB 2.0 home page.

As a result, onboarding user must manually search & select the browser tab for Work Zone onboarding guided experience else onboarding user may continue to proceed onboarding tasks from within the ONB 2.0 home page that was presented after step completion

This is not a good design experience 🙂 , the onboardees will either continue in the SF ONB page till the end and lose out the Work Zone guided experience.

This begs the question why to then use Work Zone guided experience for onboarding as it is causing additional steps and not redirecting the path
