In the Goals page, a manager has a search box available to them where they can type the direct reports name to find them. This is very user friendly for the manager when they have a large number of direct reports.
However, when they go to the Continuous Performance Page, they have to scroll through the names to find the person they are looking for.
If the same functionality was available on the continuous performance page it would make it easier for the manager to find their direct report. It would also increase consistency in usability in SuccessFactors.
