Hi Guys!
Do anybody is using Cisco Webex for your virtual training?
We recently integrated LMS with webex training, and i have a trouble with the audioconference.
I'm form Mexico, and when we create a class in LMS with this integration, the audioconference type in the classes is set to
"teleconference - Webex Teleconferencing" so we can take the training audio by using the PC and also callback to a toll free number.
But, this toll number is always set to US toll, and i need to have the Mexico toll for calling, we usually change this manually by
going to webex system and check the "Display global call-in numbers (Global call-in numbers are displayed at meeting start.) "
this extra activity waste time, do anybody know how to put by default this check?
Or maybe put some hardcode in the VLS connector.

Hi ! Maria,
I guess you are able to connect to Cisco WebEx. Can you guide me as we are stuck in between the setup as we are getting below error while adding an instructor?
Do we need to update any certificate from Cisco to SF server and vice versa?
VLS Error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
