Hi Experts,
We have yet to configure the VLS Teams Configuration to our LMS and we have a question from the IT Team. We have a scenario wherein the Client has two different region offices manages separate SF contract. They are different SF corporate account. (SF A have their own SF login and data, SF B have their own) the teams setting are managed by SF A.
SF A side are concerned that if SF B are linked to Teams, will it affect the SFs at other region? I am sure that this should not affect because we will only be implementing the VLS Config for SF B and the data are different for each SF. But do we have a KBA or FAQs document that talks about this kind of specific client scenario?
In addition, Is it possible to link multiple SFs example SF A and SF B the same VLS Configuration to the same Teams? In case there will be a request for other region to enable the Teams VLS Integration.
What would be the impact of it? If possible you can provide a KBA that would be really helpful.
