Hi, does anyone know why VLS does not record completions upon integration. We integrated it into production and everything works except completions. Anyone else experience this issue when integrating VLS into LMS?
We tested by creating a course and attending the session. Had a couple ppl log out early and 2 stay the entire time and neither received a completion.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What VLS are you using?
We currently use the zoom and having been having issues for months. Tickets are open with both SAP and ZOOM since October.

Do you have the Automatic Process "Process VLS Attendance" running?

The VLS setting is active. Process VLS attendance job runs every hour and no errors. says successful. Is there a time limit for classes that may have caused this issue. The class we created to test was only 15 mins. Could that be the reason it didnt record a completion?
