VLS MS Teams - adding instructor

Dear Support,

We are having issues in the setting up of VLS of SuccessFactors with Microsoft Teams. Have you encountered the below error when adding the VLS server to an internal instructor?

• "The user account could not be created on "XXXXXX" VLS Server. Please try again later or note the error and contact your VLS administrator.
• VLS Error: org.springframework.web.client.RestClientException: Forbidden : Insufficient privileges to complete the operation."

We have followed the documentation step by step, in addition, MS teams policy has been created and assigned to a particular instructor, but the error still remains.Thanks in advance!

Hi Beatriz

We are facing the same issue. The MS configuration is correctly set up but when creating a new instructor we get that same error. Did you find a solution?
