View all job req in Recruiting Module as a recruiter

Hi,

My client would like for a recruiter to see all the job requisitions ( assigned or not assigned to him) on their job requisition list. How to proceed to make it possible ? At the moment, the recruiter can only see the requisition assigned to him.

Hi, I also have a similar business requirement from my client. The below is my solution:

1. If there is a vacant recruiting role for all JR template, you could assign it to the recruiter admin by default by using JR initiate rule or onsave rule and you can make it invisible by using permission.

2. If there don't exist a vacant recruiting role, the only solution is to make use of Recruiting Team and Recruiting Group. For example, you could set up a recruiter team and a recruiter group where the recruiter admin is). The recruiter group is included in recruiter team in Manage Recruiting Team Setting. Likely, you could make the recruiter team field invisible or prevent it from being deleted. By doing so, the recruiter admin can see all JR. In addition, if you update the member in recruiter group, which will synchronize to the associated recruiting team, then the permission about JR for new member in recruiter group is retroactive. It means that you don't need to be concerned that the new recruiter admin is unable to access JR created before if the old recruiter admin terminated. It is an awesome workaround because SF set up a principle that only related operators can access JR and the standard operator is always scared when implementing.

I also have a similar business requirement from my client. But My job requisition are trigger from SAP HCM system and they are not taking recruiter operator team automatically. When i create job requisition in SF system recruiter operator team appears automatically.
Can you please help.

1. From the screenshot, I don't see the "Restore admin defaults" option for the recruting operators fields, therefore, could you reconfirm that you add the default user to the field in "Manage Recruiting Team Settings"for the template triggered by SAP HCM? And even, do you use the standard operatorteam field?

2. Or because the JR created in SF manually is normal, I am concerned that the JR's orginators recruiting team preference override the default member added in Manage Recruiting Setting, you could also check that and enable "prevent user from changing" option to test it again.

3. If the above all is normal, I'm concerned that there are special points for the JR created by SAP HCM, but I think the possiblity is low.
