View access to PMGM forms for General Managers

Hi All

Currently the PMGM forms are visible for managers only for their direct reports however there is a requirement that the GM's would like to have view access to the forms under all staff under their division.

How can this be achieved? Is it via the Matrix Manager relationship?

Matrix Manager is one option, but there are others.  Please see the configuration guide on the available roles that can be used in a Performance Process.  In addition, if just view access is needed, then Detail Document Search or Archive and Print may be other options.   

Best to work with Professional Services or a partner to determine what would work best for your requirements.

You can use below options:

1- Add them as matrix manager and provide them access

2- Create a tile on home page add document id or form id in drill down to provide them form pdf access.
