Good morning,

I have a problem to generate a video MP4, the first time it generated good, but we had to correct the edition and when we goint to replay te video again the screen don't look complete.

Both cases the screens had the same size (1920,978)

Does someone know how can I fix that problem?

I attach tow screenshot, one of them is how the video generated good, and another is how it seem now.

I'm sorry to answer you late, yes I choosed all the options but it didn't fix, I had to modify the size each screenshet one by one, it didn't see fine but it work for us.

Hi Judy,

When you generate a video in Producer from a Simulation you can select different sizes for the output. Did you choose a smaller resolution for the second video?
