Video URL in Guided Tour

I'm trying to insert a video in Guided Tour step using "Insert Video". I uploaded the video into Sharepoint to get the video url. However, it is not working. I've tried using Youtube video urls but no working as well.

Will it be possible if i want to insert video that I recorded using the Wed Recorder in SEN?

Did you use the 'embed' option? Chances are SharePoint isn't serving the file in a format that can be played in an iFrame.

I used the Video File URL option. Can I use videos that are being saved locally or it has to be hosted on a server in order to get the url?
