Hi all
The background is we have upgraded to Latest Goal Management already in our production system last year. Then we found Goal module and the overall system performance of the latest goal management become very slow when opening goals, super slow when users want to cascade for example.
In general When you click on the 3 donts next to a goal the list will appear very slow. When you are about to cascade the goal and use the seach function to find recipients, it takes many seconds to load. Page can even stop working while she's taking actions in the system or sometimes will be an error message like "Page isn't responding"
We have raised it for SF before but been told it is expected behavior. But it really impacts our daily work.
We also asked the IT and network team to look at it but nothing found.
Does any of you have the same issue and what the problem could be?
