Verification mail is not getting triggered in sap erecruiting

Hi Experts,

Weare implementing erecruitment module in ehp6

We had configured it in development and quality and production.everyhting was working fine.but from past 2-3 days, email verification is not getting

triggered.I  have checked everyhing from t77s0 table to registration activities, everything seems fine.But verification mail is not getting triggered.

Have you checked the workflow log SWI1 why the email wasn't sent?

Hi Nicole,

We have checked the workflow and verification status is shown as "not set". and the

It generally does not get triggered when candidate registration is done through tell a friend functionality.

It is happening on adhoc basis.

I have checked all the settings related to verification mail.all are proper.
