Variable Pay - Individual Payout ( goalResultsPayoutAmountTotal field)

Hello dear experts,

I'm facing an issue with the Individual Payout Bonus ( field goalResultsPayoutAmountTotal or Amt ) that is not displayed as value in Variable Pay Statement.

I'm using Individual Payout Bonus as the standard field goalResultsPayoutAmountTotal and is a calculated field for Non Assignment-based R, as Ind Calc Amt * Ind Percent.

In the worksheets, the field behavior and values are correct.

My questions are:

- why the field value doesn't display on VP statement? (please see screenshot 1) screenshot-1.png

- why the field value doesn't display on Open profile -> Individual Performance Area? (please see screenshot 2)

Variable Pay works in mysterious ways. Here is what I would try first: create a custom column at the summary level and paste goalResultsPayoutAmountTotal in its formula. Then relaunch worksheets and check if you can get it to show in statements.

If that doesn't work please create a ticket to support as I am not aware of any system limitation where some standard fields at the summary level of VP cannot be pulled into standard statements. So it needs to be looked out by engineers.

I've implemented that workaround during weekend and it works in this way. I will rise a ticket to SAP too, maybe they have a bug there or something.
