Variable Pay - Individual Goal rating from Performance form

Hello experts,

I am analyzing the feasibility of recovering in a Variable Pay form the Manager's rating of each objective from the Performance form (and not from the Objective Plan).

The context is as follows in the "Set bonus calculation" setting for the Individual :
"Assignment based rating": yes
"Assignment Payout": By Goal rating
"Performance review section": the Objective section from the Performance form
The rating scale of the Objectives in the Performance form contains percentage values ​​(10, 20, ...).

Reading the SAP documentation, I am not sure if this is feasible. It seems that only ratings from the Objective Plan can be used but I have not seen a really clear answer on whether this is possible or not.

Does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve ratings from a rating scale of the Performance Form and/or if you have experienced similar configurations ?

Hi @glequell 

Yes both are possible. The integration is always from PM to VP and never from GM to VP directly so in order to retrieve a goal and its "achievement %" field into VP you must first pull the goal into a performance form and then set map VP to retrieve it from the right section of the PM form as below:

Hi @xavierlegarrec, if client has yet to implement PMGM (but it's on the roadmap) and they would want to use Variable Pay, can we use MDF objects to store those performance ratings and add them to Entry field level in VP?
