Hello everyone!
Your advice would be helpful for the following customer's requirement for the Variable Pay:
Employees are not entitled to a bonus increase of more than 25% of their monthly salary. However, there are cases where the increase may exceed this percentage. For example the compensation manager will decide to give to an employee 35% instead of 25%. Have you got any idea how this will be implemented in the Variable Pay?

I think there are two things to differentiate here:
I assume you are asking about the second one, for that purpose you can either use Bonus Caps documented here or even a few custom columns at the summary level to do checks of the final payout vs an employee salary*25%. Then you can allow managers to flag on screen people who are exceptions and for whom the cap should be 35% and not 25%.
