Variable Pay: How to change date format from dd/MM/yyyy to MM/dd/yyyy

Hi,

How to change date format from dd/MM/yyyy to MM/dd/yyyy in Variable Pay?

I wanted to use the function toDate but it can only accept format MM/dd/yyyy. The date format in the worksheet is dd/MM/yyyy.
