Dear community,
An issue has been detected during the launch of worksheet for employees who have the PM forms not completed (Only use completed forms is flagged). In details:
- PM form not completed and Ind Rating in worksheet N/A
- Ind Percent not filled in
- Final Payout calculated as Ind Calc Amount
Is there a way to exclude employees with a Ind Rating < 50%?
In attachment a screenshot.
Thank you

A way to use the performance rating as an eligibility rule is to save the ratings from the performance form to the employee profile and then use an integration job to replicate them to an MDF object.

Thank you FlorianZ for your comment.
Unfortunatly we cannot integrate PM rating in EP. Anyway, the expected results of Final Payout should be zero for employees who do not have PM rating (the Calcultaion Formula is Individual X Base).
Do you have any suggestion? Or is there a way to set a gate for PM rating even if there is no Businss Goals in VarPay?
Thank you againg and have a nice day!!!
@S0026446342 You should be able to do an if-then rule at the summary level that includes each rating value and applies 0 for any default case.
For example in a new custom field called final payout add a formula with the following:
if rating is 1 or if rating is 2 or if rating is 3 etc, then use calculated payout, otherwise 0.
