Variable pay Challenge

Hi All,

For Variable Pay, there are MBO (rating) based and non rating based goals.

So we have included non MBO based goals as part of Business goals (Other Plan Parameter section) to meet the requirement.

Client requirement is to have employee ID wise target and achievement % to be captured for non rating based goals.

So the lookup for goals is now Employee ID.

Client has requested the alternative method to capture this since making entries for the employees for each bonus plan and goals is looking difficult.

The ask is to enter only achievements (goal results) since the curve remains same or the system to generate the file with all the parameters so that only the achievements are entered by them.

Please help

Hi @divya1234sriv

It's very difficult to provide help on this question, it would most likely require a half day workshop to understand the reasoning behind this design.

One question I have however are : can some of the goals come from Performance forms ? in which case they wouldn't have to be uploaded directly in Variable Pay ?
