Dear Community,
I'm configuring a new variable pay template for MBO and I don't understand why the individual payout doesn't show the correct amount. Here are some key points:

1. The overall rating is correctly retrieved from the performance form.
2. The Base Incentive Amount is retrieved from EC (Pay Component Group Target Bonus Amount)
3. Bonus calculation equation is Base x Individual
4. The Assignment Based is enabled but not for the Rating (the reason why is because we need to view the individual objectives in the worksheet).

In the worksheet we configure the standard fields and the expected results is to view the final payout in the Final Payout standard field. The spreadsheet will appear as below:

Overall rating 73.13
Individual target shows the base amount 2000
Individual Payout % is an editable field
Individual Payout Amount is blank
Total Incentive Payout as the base amount. If I change the Individual Payout %, it will be updated accordingly.
Expected result = 73.13x2000=1462,6 (in Individual section appears as 1460)

I'm missing some technical steps?

Thank you in advance

Hi @S0026446342

From your screenshot you are not getting the Individual Section Amount to calculate which is a prerequisite for Goals payouts to calculate.

Path in VP is : Basis field in Employee History gets prorated to make the Target Bonus amount of each assignment, that amount then gets split based on Bonus Plan Section Weights to make up the Section Amounts, then the Section Amount gets split into Goal Basis based on goal weight (business or individual). If any of the steps below is missing, there is no payout calculated for a goal.
