I need to create a validation (business rule) in accrual when hiring in Successfactors.
This accrual can only be created if employee joins the first working day of the month.
The first working day is not necessarily a Monday. For example, if Monday and Tuesday are holidays, the work week starts on Wednesday.
I don't know how to do it.
Please, advise me.
