Using SAP Jam Webpage as Content

I have user who want to pull the IBP training and help web pages into EnableNow. I think that can be done with an HTML link, but it doesn't work. I think because the SAP Jam website requires authentication. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Jimmy,

just a little addition to what John wrote - when you are linking to a web page from an explanation bubble (not within Web Assistant but within a project) you can chose the option "Free Link". This will open a new browser window with the Jam page.

And yes you would need to have it as a separate page because of the authentication that needs to take place. An inline HTML, or embedded link, is possible for youtube videos for example. But these need no authentication.

Take care,

Hi Jimmy,

If you're trying to leverage the standard content developed for IBP (https://education.hana.ondemand.com/education/pub/Digi_Manf_Cld/index.html?library=library.txt&show=group!GR_DD6FD8B20AB8ED98), you will need to set it up in your Web Assistant configuration. If you plan to modify the standard content, you will also need to set up a connected and extended workarea. All of that information is available in the Web Assistant Integration guide (https://help.sap.com/doc/74bfd245cde048458458f6df5d5cb567/2011/en-US/Web_Assistant_Integration_Guide_en-US.pdf).

If you are truly trying to leverage content out of a JAM learning room, it is possible to create link tile in your web assistant, but any user that attempts to access that content will need a learning hub license and join the learning room before they are able to access.

Hope that helps.

John
